Visit myparkingcharge.co.uk then from here you can pay a Parking Charge Notice by clicking the “Pay Now” button or calling our Automated Payment Line 24/7 at 0845 226 9138. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Yes, appeals must be made online within 21 days from the Issue Date shown on the Notice. If you wish to retain the option of a discounted payment, appeal within 14 days. Late appeals and postal appeals will not be accepted unless there are exceptional mitigating circumstances.

Enter the Serial Number and Vehicle Registration from the Notice on the myparkingcharge.co.uk website to access recorded contravention details.

No, appeals should be made online through myparkingcharge.co.uk as telephone discussions are not accepted.

If you were not the driver, hirer, or registered keeper of the vehicle at the date of the parking/stopping event, you can notify us of the relevant details of the person/company by visiting our online website at www.myparkingcharge.co.uk and completing the relevant section. You will need to do this as soon as possible but in any event no later than 28 days beginning with the Issue Date of this Notice.
